Boilerplate
20 20 20 is a free, private menu bar app for macOS that reminds you to rest your eyes using the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds. It counts only real screen time, pauses when you step away, and collects nothing. Made by Alex Frangiamore.
